Advisor appointed by the Portuguese ParliamentBorn on December 5, 1972. Married and father of two children. He holds a Doctorate in Law from Lisbon Nova University, 2005. He is Professor of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Investment Arbitration at the Faculty of Law of Nova University and the PLMJ Law Firm. He has a diverse work published in Public Law and regularly participates as speaker in conferences and postgraduate courses in Portugal and abroad. He is a referee in several arbitrations and presides over the investment arbitration board of the Portuguese Arbitration Association. He is founder of the Association (IPSS) Candeia, dedicated to the support of institutionalized children and youth. He was a Visiting Fellow at the University of Cambridge (Lauterpacht Center for International Law), where he held a post-doc in international investment protection arbitration.
