Kaleidoscope on Global Bioethics

The Kaleidoscope on Global Bioethics was composed following the 13th Global Summit of National Ethics Committees which took place in Lisbon in September 2022, jointly organised by the Portuguese National Council of Ethics for the Life Sciences and the World Health Organisation, in close collaboration with UNESCO, under the motto “Health Justice: Health Care 4 All”. 

Its various chapters span the six WHO Regions, aiming at a balanced representation, and include relevant international institutions working in the fields of Bioethics. A veritable kaleidoscope of perspectives, to which the contributing authors have now given substance, fully illustrates the plurality and diversity of this publication, delivering new meanings to Global Bioethics in multiple regions of the world.
