CNECV and ANEM Launch a New Edition of the Bioethics Quiz
The Portuguese National Council of Ethics for the Life Sciences (CNECV) met with representatives of the National Association of Medical Students (ANEM) on 22 July to prepare the second edition of the Bioethics Quiz, an initiative in which participants analyse clinical case studies by selecting the most appropriate course of action from four possible answers, followed by a video explanation of the ethical reasoning behind the correct choice.
Designed for medical students, the initiative aims to encourage reflection on ethical dilemmas encountered in clinical practice. The content will be published through the institutional communication channels and social media platforms of both CNECV and ANEM, with the answers and ethical analysis provided by CNECV Council Members.
The meeting forms part of the ongoing collaboration between CNECV and ANEM, reinforcing the importance of ethical reflection in medical education and promoting the critical analysis of complex clinical situations, which are essential to the training of future healthcare professionals.
