REPORT TO THE PORTUGUESE PARLIAMENT ON THE STATE OF APPLICATION OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES TO HUMAN LIFE 2025 TECHNOLOGIES FOR BETTER ACCESS TO, RECOVERY OF, AND MANAGEMENT OF WATER
The present Report on the State of Application of New Technologies to Human Life, which the CNECV is statutorily required to prepare, is devoted to water and to technologies under development and yet to be developed, with a view to promoting better access to, recovery of, and management of water. The CNECV thus focuses on a natural resource that constitutes a global good, transversal to all living beings and ecosystems, and which is now recognized as a human right. Water is indispensable for the sustainability of the planet and the survival of all living beings.
