Inês Fernandes Godinho is Associate Professor at the Universidade Lusófona do Porto, exercising, since 2018, functions as Director of the Law Degree of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of that University. She is also Director of the ULP Law Review/Revista de Direito da ULP and President of the Ethics Committee of the Universidade Lusófona do Porto. She has collaborated, as a teacher, with the Biomedical Law Centre, with the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Beira Interior and with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra. She has a PhD in Legal-Criminal Sciences from the University of Coimbra, is Vice-President of the CEAD Francisco Suárez and is also a researcher at the Legal Institute (Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra). Her main areas of research are criminal law and criminal procedural law, medical law and the theory of norms. Inês Fernandes Godinho is the author of more than 40 legal titles, published in Portugal and abroad.
